Unless mentioned in tournament-specific rules, all abilities, perks, and streaks are allowed, with the following restrictions:
Hidden gun is only allowed in escort on. On PC, it is allowed in both rounds. On consoles, it is only allowed on the offense round.
Smoke bomb is not allowed on the offense round in manhunt.
Firecrackers are not allowed in manhunt.
